Rates & Policies

We require two night minimum stays.

$350 per night plus tax up to 10 people.

See our Availability Calendar for special holiday rates and minimum stays.

A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

Additional Fees: Clean up and laundry fees are based on reasonable usage; however, additional charges will be applied after inspection for any theft, damages or extra time needed for cleaning due to excessive messes. Extra cleaning charges above 3 hrs. = $30 per hour.

Any Violation of the Above is Subject to $250 Penalty and Removal with NO Refund!

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Note: Early check-in or late check-out is allowed if cabin is not occupied the day of arrival or exit as long as we are notified in advance.

Deposit and Payment Posting Info

No deposit is required at this time, however full payment and invoicing is applied within thirty (30) days prior to entry into the cabin.

At time of invoicing, payment confirmation and electronic door entry codes are noted on the invoice that is emailed to the customer.

Credit card information is used for payment and security in case of any damages.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, personal checks (if received 30 days in advance)

2021 Cancellations & Refund Info

No refund for cancellation within thirty (30) days of rental.

Note: If your cancellation does occur we will will make every effort to re-rent the cabin for your period. If we rent the cabin for that period we will apply your payment to a future stay.
